Stay requests
A website request does not confirm a reservation. Availability, rates, deposits, cancellation terms and inclusions must be confirmed in writing by an authorised hotel channel.

Guest conduct
Guests are expected to act lawfully and respectfully throughout rooms, restaurants, shared spaces and the gaming salon. Access may be restricted where conduct is unsafe or materially disruptive.

Gaming salon
Salon access is limited to guests aged 18 and over. Government-issued identification may be requested. Gaming is entertainment, not a source of income; only play what you can afford to lose.

The Takeon Label name, copy, photography, design and other materials may not be reproduced or used without permission except where applicable law allows.

Liability and changes
