Takeon Label is shaped by the discipline of the building that came before it: generous work light, strong material and rooms made around the person using them.

The old cutting floor.
The house began as a late-nineteenth-century garment atelier. Its limestone piers, tall windows and deep floor plates now organise seventy-four rooms around quiet circulation and useful shared spaces.
Material / 02
Nothing polished past recognition.
Existing stone remains irregular. New walnut reads dark and warm. Brass is allowed to mark with use; textiles soften the places guests stay longest.

The river, galleries, markets and stone lanes sit within an easy walk. The hotel does not attempt to replace Montréal; it gives the city a calm point of return.
